Vectix ("we", "us", or "the platform") helps you discover real-estate projects, compounds, and units, and lets you save properties, compare listings, book viewings, and receive alerts. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

• Account details you provide when you sign up — name, email address, and phone number. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from your Google account.
• Activity on the platform — properties you save, units you compare, listings you recently viewed, saved searches, viewing requests, and newsletter subscriptions.
• Technical data — basic device, browser, and usage information collected through analytics to keep the service reliable and improve it.

• To create and manage your account and authenticate sign-in.
• To provide the features you use — saved properties, comparisons, recently viewed, saved searches, viewing appointments, and alerts.
• To send you transactional and, where you opt in, marketing emails about new and matching listings. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand usage in aggregate so we can improve the platform.

We rely on trusted third parties to operate the service:

• Google Firebase — authentication, database, and file storage.
• Vercel — application hosting and performance/analytics.
• Resend — delivery of newsletter and notification emails.

These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services and under their own security and privacy commitments.

We keep your account information for as long as your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time, after which we remove it except where we are required to retain certain records by law.

We use cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work without them.
